[Complete] Zelda, Link

Summary: Link, the pawn of Sephiroth, draws Zelda into the school.
Rating: Around PG-13? Maybe more. A bit of gore.
Zelda had left without being stopped. On one hand, she was regretting it. Had she been stopped, had there been someone, she might not be doing this, and she was fairly sure that this was a terrible idea. But Link had asked, and Link had gone, and even if he was acting so different, she had to find him. She had to bring him back, and save him. It did not dawn on her, avatar of wisdom that she was, that it might be a trap. She thought only of Link, and the danger he'd placed himself in.
Link would never put her in danger, after all. She did not believe that someone had entered the place, the place that reeked of sickness and ill blood, but Link believed so, Link had gone and so she would follow.
She was light on her feet, and there were no obstructions in her path. The school loomed overhead, and she found herself drawing to a stop, swallowing her panting. They all knew about it, the danger it heralded, the madness and the wrongness that lay within. But Link was in there, and she owed it to him to at least try. Briefly, she lowered her head, hands clasped at her chest in prayer.
It was then she saw it, small and black, the communicator on the ground. Zelda did not even consider it may still be on - she tucked it into a pocket, approached the door, left open, and stepped inside. It seemed, to her knowledge, as any old building might.
"Link?"
Her knuckles were white around the bow she'd managed to get, and she held an arrow to the string, looking around. Despite her fear, and the unsettling sickness settling in her belly, her voice wavered little. "Link, are you here?"
