Title: Pretty Boy and Lollipop
Hard Boiled Detective Novel challenge - late entry
Rating: just a little hint of naughty
Warnings: fluff done in questionably successful hard boiled detective talk; definitely not my genre
Clearly written before lunch
He’s better than I expected, this Jack of all trades. He knows his way around time and circuits. Handy to have around. He’s even pretty to look at.
The dame’s no hothouse Rose. The kid’s got spunk. Real eye candy, too. Yeah, candy’s the word alright - sweet, addictive and bad for me. But damn she looks good enough to eat - all curves and bright colors. A lollipop on legs.
Before I can even think about getting in a lick, the TARDIS lands with a shudder. I signal Pretty Boy and the Lollipop to follow me. Time to save the universe.
