Fun with writing statistics!

I blame Cinco for getting me thinking about old stories. That led to thoughts on how many stories I've actually written, the assorted word counts, and then whether slash, het or gen.

Back in 2008 I started a spreadsheet to track the stories written during the year. I've kept it up ever since. If you're at all curious .

*Note: Some stories contain mixed pairings (het, slash, femslash), so the numbers won't quite add up.

Of course 2011 isn't done yet, so this year's stats will change.

Currently in the Works:

=> Big Bang #1 - Hawaii Five-O - goal 12k
=> Big Bang #2 - Criminal Minds - goal 10k
=> Big Bang #3 - Criminal Minds/NCIS - goal 12k
=> Assorted ficlets - Sherlock Holmes (2009)
=> Assorted ficlets - Due South

Not to mention any other challenges that may tickle my fancy and the various incomplete fics sitting on my hard drive.

The spreadsheets are also broken down according to titles, which pairings, dates posted, whether done for a challenge... but the spreadsheet for 2011 is evolving and other criteria/headings are being added.

I'm not sure if this is an indication of geekish tendencies or mild OCD. *g*

And I guess I should log out for the night. It's been a long, busy day. But a good one,all the same.

*blows kisses to all*
