Crazy tenants / Omer
In what reality is it all right for someone who moved out of an apartment three months ago to now come back to the apartment and, without any previous warning, suddenly announce that half the furniture that came with the apartment belongs to him, and then pick it up and take it? All while I'm asleep in the next room! Is this normal? Would this ever happen in any other country in the world?
In other news, tonight is Shavuot, and it marks the first year in my life that I've made it all the way through the counting of the omer. Either I rule for finally making it, or I suck for never having made it before. But never mind that. Chag sameyach to all the people who celebrate.
