Tomorrow, tomorrow
I'm so excitied for this band thing. Lover Parade, we're called. People often say, "What? What?" when I tell them our name. We are beautiful--for the 10 to 30 minutes we're the subject of spotlight. We are having a mini-show tomorrow at our practice. A lot of my close friends will be there, and I am excitied.
I got my license plate today.
I love driving home in the dark with the Postal Service kissing the inside of my car and heart. The moon was full tonight. I love waking up early when it's still tinted bruise blue and cold outside.
These are the things I want to do before the school year ends:
- Make a movie. Really indie/student film and really powerful/emotionally charged. (Want to be in it? I love extras in my movies)
- Play a real show.
- Make a demo.
- Take lots of photographs and create an album/portfolio thing.
- Write a short story that will be sent to important people sitting in important chairs with important money to spend.
- Kiss someone. (and by someone, I mean You. And by You, I mean a girl... because I can see Chase getting excitied... Sorry, bud)
- Publish the 'zine I've been promising I'd do.
- Race someone. (and win ;0)
