2008 - The good and not so good thus far
Good
- New work computer with dual screens. This is basically the fastest computer in the company. And a new LCD widescreen monitor. Wow.
- I just got the You've Been Noticed prize at work for December. That's a $50 Visa Gift Check good ANYWHERE. That is the second one I got in 2007.
- The New Year's party was so fun. Lots of good food, games, and great friends.
- Watching Babylon 5 from the beginning. I am loving this show. During its original run I only caught a few epiosdes here and there, so it is great to have all the dvds.
- Free Starbucks this morning.
Not so good
- The power going out in our apartment last night for about the fourth time since July. Thankfully it was back on this morning.
- Check engine light went off on my car last night and is still on. Made an appointment at my dealership to check it out tonight. I really hope this is the last car problem I have for awhile.
I definately think 2008 is going to be a big year. 2007 was good, but for some reason I have a feeling this year will be bigger and better.
