Holiday Weekend
Well, this weekend we were going to go to Cave city Kentucky but we thought about it too late and couldn't get a campsite. So, we have been stuck at home so far not doing much. On Saturday we went up to the lake and were really bord. At least we sold some PartyLite stuff. After we ate a bad dinner there we went back home. Then we watched Monty Python The Holy Grail. I fell asleep half way through it. Today we got up at about 10am. It has been a while since we have gotten to sleep in. The thunder woke me up at 3am then again at 7pm then again at 10am. It rained so hard that it flooded our back yard and ran a river down the sidewalk outside. It is such a gloomy day.
After we ate breakfast we gave all 3 cats a bath. Lilly was first. For once she didn't put up a fight! Then Rose was next! She was better than usual too. Last was Willow and boy she didn't like it one bit. I thought she was going to kill Mike. She even started panting like a dog when she was done. It was so cute. I have never seena cat pant before. Well, at least they are all clean. About half their fur went down the drain but it didn't make Lilly any thinner! LOL!
We have to leave soon to go to Mike's grandparents house. Diane graduated High School so we are going out to dinner with the whole family. Diane turned 21 years old last week. People are getting so old now. After dinner we have nothing to do. I feel like we are waisting our whole weekend. I did do some cleaning at least.
Well, I am going to stop talking now. I want to clean up some more of the house before we leave. BBFN!
