Pissed off!
I am so pissed off right now. I was more upset after the staff meeting our work had on Tuesday. About 3 weeks ago I asked my boss if I could take a part time job somewhere else and work for hime part time. He said no and gave me a reason. Because he didn't want to have more than one person doing the Hygiene job, it would be too confussing. Ok, I took that as a good answer, it was fine with me so the week after I decided to take a full time job instead. For thoses of you who don't know about my reason for a job change I think I wrote it in a past journal entry. We had a new girl start last week and Monday and Tuesday I have been training her. She would rather work as a Hygiene assistant than work at the front desk. Ok, so I am assuming that she will be the new assistant for Hygiene side right? Well I guess not! At our little staff meeting the boss decides to tell us what our jobs will be with new people starting and stuff. He is going to hire TWO more people, and I don't know what for. So this new girl will be the Hygiene assistant and will also be cross training on witht he dental assistants too!!! So she will they will all be ROTATING jobs in the office!!! When he said that I just wanted to scream. That is all I wanted to do in the first place there, to rotate so I am not bord in hygiene and stuff, he said NO before and now it is ok now that I am leaving? I don't want to leave, I like it there, the only reason I got a new job is so that I could learn Dental assisting!!! Thats it!!!! I am so mad now. And to top it all off the new office I am going to is not all that great. Now I don't know what to do, it is not like my boss would take me back like he did with the other assistant who was going to quit! Maybe he just doesn't like me. Whatever.
Well, now that I am done venting. Mike and I will be planning a party soon. Maybe for the middle of June or something. We will have most of our house work done by then and the yard will look cool too so we can have a big party here with all of you fine friends!! I miss hanging out. It has been a long time for some of you.
