What a great night!

I just got back from Tapps, and man what a great night I had (still a bit buzzed, so excuse any bad english or mis-typing). I got a call a few days ago from a good friend of mine from high school, Julio, whom I hadn't seen in probably two years, congratulating me on graduating. We made loose plans to go drinking at some point this week, and he called earlier to make tonight that night. Excellent! Drinking with a friend whom I've never drank with before...sweet! Just before heading over there, I talked with Muraiha, and asked if she'd want to go out with us, just to hang out and meet some of the people I went to high school with. When I got to Tapps, I found out that Walter and his girlfriend Becky were there too, which was cool, because I used to hang out with Walter somewhat in high school, and despite the fact that we went to the same college, we never spoke other than in passing. Later on we're joined by RJ and his girlfriend, who I haven't seen in probably 4.5 years, especially since he moved to Ohio after graduating from FSU. I am embarrassed to say it, but I made the n00b drinker mistake...Jager bomb then beer than another Jager bomb...and I didn't get to keep said Jager bomb for long. God I'm an idiot sometimes. Oh well, I felt like a million bucks afterwards and got back into the beers. Overall, I had an amazing time, and we fell right back into acting like we used to when we hung out in high school, which was really cool. I'm glad that Muraiha was with me, and I think she got along with everyone really well. What a great time. It was quite a thrill to see people from my past, especially a group that I was so close with and fell out of touch with so quickly. Great times.

And I must give props where props are due. Scruffy Matt got me an amazing nerd kit for Christmas: Straight Outta Lynwood (the new Wierd Al CD), a Dungeon Master wristband and a Snakes On A Plane bumper sticker that will probably end up on the side of my computer. Absolutely awesome!

Good night everyone, and Have A Nice Day!
