Your hometown (this also can be fictional)
Your preference for a pin or lanyard, since we're planning to do the story titles as convention badges. Please also feel free to suggest ribbons or buttons that we can attach, e.g., "Vendor," "Blood Donor" (especially for vampire stories), "Exhibitor," "Panelist," "Musical Guest of Honor," and so on.
