okay so I was reading steve's sister's post about the 90s, and it mentioned "Small Wonder," which made me think of this other show that was on in the 90s. but now I cannot for the life of me remember the name. it's on the tip of my tongue, as is the theme song. it's like something world or world something or earth. it's about a teenaged girl whose dad is an alien or dead or something and he talks to her from something or another. god this is going to drive me crazy. SOMEBODY HELP!!! I know one of you guys has got to know...
