So I managed to make some real headway, if not what I'd say is enough, with my script, incorporating the notes from Writing Group and inventing a new character (Elodie Morris, your birthday is February 16, 2009) to solve a number of the problems. I made it back to Bridge City Comics and picked up Criminal volumes 2 and 3, and managed to resist buying Ex Machina vol. 3 (a choice I'm already regretting as I near the end of vol. 2). I made it out to the gym, if only for about 40 minutes of workout (my headphones fucked up, and it was my first experience with creepy old dudes, but it's a start). I cleaned my room. I shaved, showered, cut my nails, got a haircut (yesterday) from my mommy. I even caught up on all my shows (well, Lost and Battlestar Galactica, the only two on the air; I didn't watch any more BBC Life on Mars yet).

In other words, the weekend went okay. I got shit done.

Goddamn I wish every weekend was a three-day weekend. We got lots more Presidents, right? C'mon, guys. Let's work something out.
