A little bit of admin

Just did a very minor flist trim. I haven't changed anything on my flist (except for adding people) since I got this journal. I had a look around for the first time tonight and noticed that a few people have de-friended (unfriended? Those are both very unwieldy words) me in the past...two and a half years? Not surprising, really. I defriended those people, and I hope only those people. If I accidentally cut someone else, it was by accident and you should please tell me so that I can add you back on.

There are also people who have friended me that I haven't friended back. I was thinking, "I've never heard of these people!" If you're reading, drop a comment! Tell me your thoughts on John Simm, Philip Glenister, John Barrowman, David Tennant--anybody, really. I like new friends, but I don't know you're here unless you say something.

I've never felt the urge to say this before, but having hit over a hundred friends, it occurs to me to wonder if that many people really want to read the random stuff I throw out. So, a note about that: A lot of people friended me a long time ago, when I was writing (not much, but some) Torchwood fic, and I'm haven't had anything to say about Torchwood in a while. I like people who stick around. I like it when we just chit-chat about fandom stuff, and I like it when we become "real" friends and talk about everything else. But everyone's time is limited, our interests wax and wane, and our Venn diagrams shift all over the place. If you're only here for the fandom stuff, and my current fandoms are of absolutely no interest to you, please don't feel bad about walking away. I'm not into drama and I won't make a fuss.

On the other hand, if you enjoy hanging around, then I'm thrilled to have you. :D
