Essentially, these are tuna nachos.
I wanted a tuna melt, but we didn't have any bread.
INGREDIENTS:
Corn Chips
Cheddar Cheese
Tuna
OTHER STUFF:
Oven/microwave
Baking pan/plate
What I did was layer chips in the bottom of a metal baking pan until the bottom of the pan was nearly invisible. Then, I smashed the tuna (no mayo, although if you wanted to use it, I'm sure it'd be fine) up into chunks and spread it out over the chips. Finally, I coated the whole thing with a bunch of grated cheese and baked it (at 350ish) until the cheese was melty and the tuna was relatively warm.
You could easily do this in the microwave; I did it in the oven just to keep the chips crispy.
Oh, and if you want to make it even trashier, you could shred up velveeta!
(This is good for 'Trashy Lent'.)
