The Mitraillette

Living in Brussels, I've come to realise that Belgians have the trashiest taste in food. The gem below is called a 'mitraillette,' which literally means 'submachine gun.'



Basically, its half a baguette slathered with a mayonnaise-based sauce of your choice, topped with some deep-fried meat by-product, salted fries and more sauce. Its deep-fried heaven.
