So I saw this comm had become one of the spotlight comms of the week, and I had to check it out because I love eating all sorts of trash, from Corn Chex with sweet tea poured in and grilled cheese sandwiches soaking in butter..
I think I love you guys ;w; I hope I can learn a lot from you!
ANYWAY, reading all of your awesome trashfood had me thinking of the "Cow Sh*t" that my mom would make us all the time, aka Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies. Don't need an oven for these!
It probably has a little bit more ingredients than the average college student could afford, but I'm sure you guys could easily find some awesome substitutions (nutella?).
(Yes I ganked it from a website, I haven't seen this recipe in foreverrr)
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan (or just nuke it). On medium heat, bring to a boil for one full minute.
Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter (optional), vanilla and oatmeal.
Drop by spoonful onto wax paper. Let cool for at least 30 minutes.
I never had a cookie that was so sinfully delicous and absolutely messy. Om nom nom.
And as a side, who else enjoys eating whipped cream straight out of the tub/can? *Hugs her can of Reddi Whip*
