My latest culinary creation. Crisp Red Snapper with Ragout of Potatoes, Onions, Artichokes, and Green Olives with Sauce Vierge. It was an adventure to cook. I served it with warm Hawaiian sweet rolls too. Dessert was a hot chocolate/pecan pie with homemade vanilla ice cream. Elaborate Sunday dinners have been my thing as of late. It makes it very special having Jackie to cook for. I can remember many afternoons of her waiting at the kitchen counter at the house in hickory making her a jumbo omelet with every filling i could think of. She loves those omelets. Got to make another one for her Saturday morning.

This weekend was wonderful. We really had some good conversations and gained deeper insights into each other. We can't stop telling each other, "I love you". I will never get tired of it.
