Blink and You'll Miss the Update
* First day was good - initiative is a good thing :) People are nice, the work is a little more purchasing than I expected - this will be the biggest learning curve.

* e_dan there is no chance of me becoming enamoured of this job - it's just not that kind of job, and I don't think it's something I can forget, but it will do what I want it to do (namely pay bills, allow me to tick other boxes).

I am now more convinced than ever that I lack some key elements that are important for being a writer - I'm happy to let other people do it and appreciate them.
