Looking for therapist recommendation

I'm looking for a therapist in the Portland area (two, actually, so the more recommendations, the better) to write me a letter for top surgery. I'm particularly looking for someone who will write the letter quickly, without insisting that I get extensive therapy (because I worked out my ~gender issues~ long ago and don't need to rehash them).
