This is IC voting. Every crewmember on the ship except for those currently on the Council and those that nominated themselves gets to vote, regardless of age. Reply in a comment with the four nominees your character would choose; comments are screened. When the polls close, we'll tally up the votes, and the four with the most will be the meatship's new Councilors.
