Still drinking a smoothie every day. Wheee. But I’m only going to post the ingredients if I think they’re interesting.
+ 1 container lemon soy yogurt
+ about 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds (to give it a smooth texture and omega-3s - a coffee grinder will work perfectly for this, about 8 pulses)
+ about 1 1/2 tablespoons of soy protein mix (optional)
+ 1 medium-ripe fresh banana
+ about 1 cup fresh pineapple slices
Very light, frothy. It’ll be warm so you’ll probably want to add ice when you drink it or, alternately, use a frozen banana in the smoothie.
