Shopping for some of the stuff on my list

I got paid today, so naturally it was time to go shopping for some necessities.  I bought a giftbox set of Gillette personal hygene items--deoderant, shave gel, bodywash, shampoo and a 5 bladed razor.  I was really pleased to save some money by buying everything I need for one price instead of adding up the cost and not being able to afford everything.  I was also happy that I could get it all in one box.  Nice and neat and simple.    I can't wait to try it all out tomorrow--I'll smell like a man, and somehow that is just a really cool and exciting thought to me, even though it's just one step in the proverbal journey.

I got the gift pack at Wal-Mart and then I walked back over to Shopko to see what they had.  I asked at the pharmacy if they had any breast binders--the kind that are used for stopping lactation.  I looked all over at Wally World and couldn't find them and then I looked at Shopko and no luck either.  Another customer suggested the use of an ace bandage.  I almost bought one, but then I remembered what I used to use as a binder when I was a kid--a back brace I got ahold of after my dad hurt his back working or something.  Not the most comfortable thing in the world to use for binding, but I bought one.  It's black and it does a pretty good job of flattening me out--although it was a bit painful and uncomfortable--I imagine I will adjust..  I am kind of thinking I might take the thing back to the store and see if I can find some way to bind that will be less painful.
