The Doctor wheeled around and took two giant, lanky steps toward the guard, leaning right into whatever sense of personal space he might have. Assuming he had any. Humans seemed to be fond of it, but that was back in his universe, so it was entirely possible things were different here.
"Ah, so I suppose you'd like to trade jobs with me now, is that it? I'm sure there's plenty of things you've never seen or tried or even had the tiniest inkling about," the Doctor peered into the guard's face. He squinted. "'Never' for you isn't 'never' for everyone ever out there. Understand? Now, you will submit yourselves to inspection by my assistant and when I get back, I want you both to be right here, in this spot, collars buttoned."
He waved at the two guards.
"Very buttoned, very inspected! Now, if you'll excuse me -- " The Doctor almost straightened his bowtie. He instead settled for brushing some imaginary dust off his coat, turning toward Junior. "Right. Carry on."
The Doctor swept past the two guards into the next chamber, leaving Junior with the psychic paper, the guards and an inspection.

And boy was it a good thing the Doctor spoke up when he did, because that comment was about to cause Jr. to lose his shit and blow up their spot. Pet? Seriously? He sucked in a long, silent breath to calm himself in that moment, and when the Doctor turned back to him he was okay to continue.
When he stepped away, it was now up to Jr. to make sure the rest of this went smoothly. Unless of course the Doctor or Daniel ran into any problems. Jr. stared down at the psychic paper, and the first thing that came into his mind was what appeared on it. A fancy and official-looking bunch of lines having to do with clone registration numbers and other aspects of their creation and given 'jobs'. In a motion of a fake offer of trust, Jr. reached it out to them to let them look at it for themselves. He made sure to keep his voice neutral.
"Safety precaution, as I'm sure you're aware that our security's been heightened."
