The Wonderful Easter Weekend (Part 2 - game related)
So... I've realized my goal!!! Well, at least half of it.
I've successfully beat Xenosaga Episode II (story-wise)!

The weaver of the eternal circle of Zarathustra is introduced…
Beat it just in time too… I just found out that Episode III is going to be released much earlier than expected and it will be THIS COMING FALL 2006! *_*
The ending vocal wasn’t as good as Kokoro or Pain but it was using one of my favourite instrumentals, the Xenosaga II Opening Theme and this was good enough for me. =D Might I mention how badly I want MOMO’s old voice actor back. She sounded absolutely horrible in the part where she hugged Jr. It was such a crucial part too >.<
Well I do praise the part where she said “You mean little Jr right?”. That part was humorous. Now I see Ziggy in a whole new light. Though that still won’t persuade me to use him in battle, no matter how good he is. Just cause there's no space for him. XD
Now it’s all a matter of time. I know this absurd work report is very time consuming but… I still want to be able to play some more Xenosaga. Since I don’t know what the carryover bonus is for Episode III, might as well completely finish Episode II. The Epilogue consists of 3+1 bonus dungeons in the form of encephalon dives using the forbidden devices and this face off against the Dark Professor’s Erde Kaiser. -_- At least something is keeping us going other than learning more skills. All RPGs should follow Xenosaga Episode II's example and have a preloading screen called "The Story So Far..." That helps a lot. o_o
Now I have second thoughts about what to start next. Started watching Disgaea so it might do me good to start that game but strategic RPGs take forever to finish! I didn’t even beat FFT. -_- That’s because I was being crazy trying to get all the life crystals so one battle took hours and restarting is like the sky falling down because you just wasted a few hours for nothing. That is precisely why I got stuck at the waterfalls battle. >.< On emulator, I reached as far as the outside of the last dungeon. So… maybe someday I can finish it.
The story of Star Ocean Till the End of Time is more attractive than Disgaea though. Since I started reading the manga after I stopped the game. It was getting so interesting but it's an Action RPG so I’ll need to train a lot because I suck at this type. -_- I don’t know what to start anymore… but Disgaea is a load of laughs that’s for sure. I mean what is NOT humorous in Disgaea? The game starts and I’m already laughing. lol. Maybe I’ll do what I did for Xenosaga, start playing only after I watched the whole anime story summarized or retold (like Xenosaga’s was) and get interested that way. I can start Star Ocean first anyways I suppose… or I can be an idiot and try to beat KH just for the sake of pride to get the ending myself. I can actually just try to beat it. Though I don’t think I’ve trained enough since I got whooped at the final boss' final form I think. Sigh… I’m too mad to train with the Hades cup again. Arghhhhh you timed tournaments begone!!
