(no subject)
Okies.. Yes, I am alive. Sorry for the absence but life has kept me away and busy and in need of more time/sleep. However I am doing fine, and because I don't have a completely functioning brain at the moment I shall give you a quick run down of what's been going on and a few other random things.
In no particular order (some more recent then others):
~ Went to NY for JET program interview at the Japanese Consulate. (I have a feeling it went well)
~ While in NY saw Lil Mermaid on Broadway. Twas stunning. Turned suddenly 12 and bought random paraphernalia.
~ (One of those don't put things in the air I mentioned several posts ago) Entered a nation wide art contest. Did not place but was awarded a certificate of Merit for my efforts. ~Managed to get my teaching job back (not without considerable bitterness) and am working full time again.
~Am taking two classes for those who don't know. Computer Illustration (interesting but the professor is the "let me recount my own past every time I try to explain something" types) as well as Japanese ( which I am having a blast in. Great people in there with me, and got an 100% on my first Hiragana test *does small fist pump* Only 8 billion more sounds and symbols to go, heh ^^;; )
~Working on Steampunk Lolita costume for Tekko con. Yay me and Leslie cosplay. So far I've made a weapon , goggles, and necklace. Am working on the jacket, shirt, boots, gloves, and gun holster now. Wish me lucks.
~ Currently watching the anime Soul Eater (which is to die for) and trying to also catch up and/or get up on Whitchblade,Genshiken,Lucky Star, Saiyuki, and a possible new jdrama (I told myself I wouldn't do it.) Also near the end of Persona 4, and in need of finishing Fable II and starting Lost Odyssey.
~Made a few demotivators because for some reason for a short stint of time I thought I was funny XD. molestation,misfire,optimisim,anime men,limitation,denail.
~Oh yea, that wall project from a while back. Finally got around to posting a bit of it. Wall Project
I am also available to get going on any new/ in the works logs for DE in writely.
