Lackluster
I woke up the other day and realized this place no longer has any appeal. I've kinda exhausted it of any further utility.
Things also got kinda put in perspective the other day when my mom called at 2.30 in the morning rather excitedly. She figured since i told her i was planning to go back end of the month or early may, why not i fly back by fri (5 days from her call) so i could join them for a short trip to somewhere in Asia. it was all very sweet but logistically daunting.
well ever since then the notion has been festering, and practical issues aside, i think i'm all ready to go home in the next few days. Just waiting for a particular phone call and that's about that.
