The "in" crowd is posting their Wilke times. This morning I cleared my watch to time 2 Mile Time Trials for a couple of my marathon peeps, but I can tell you my first and my last. I'm fairly sure they were reasonably consistent, or I would definitely remember that they weren't. Andrea's mantra for me for the evening was "Think Quality, Not Quantity" because I sent her a freak-out email earlier in the day, wondering if I'm doing enough to get ready for CdA.

I love this workout. I don't know why people whine about it.
