After my 20 minute warmup, I was drenched. Absolutely soaked. I stood at the bottom of Wilke, looking up, wondering how I was going to do it. I decided to just get it done, don't go out too fast and don't worry about my splits.

2:12, 2:12, 2:12, 2:11, 2:12 The good news, I guess, is that I felt really strong on my cool down. I probably weighed 10 pounds less, maybe that's why.
