We woke up late this morning.
I had a huge headache - so I got up and quickly started a search for some 'cedrin.
I didn't get a chance to stretch since my boyfriend had to leave for work.
I'm looking at the clock now - I guess we started my "body preperation" around quarter after 8, or twenty after.
I think I'm running out of that lotion already. It's expensive! I even bought the cheap "walgreens" version of it! But I had him use it on me last night before I went to bed. It felt nice - and that tinglie sensation helped my sore back *8(
It was nice laying on my back and having the tingles pressed against and into my skin. Quite soothing and helped a lot *8)
This morning when we put on the corset I placed it lower on my body.
I think I mentioned this - but yesterday I noticed it poking at me between my breasts. It was very uncomfortable - but no marks were left - that's a good sign. I think it was just set a bit too high. It felt like it was - we'll see how today goes.
Today's measurement is 3/16 smaller than yesterday.
*laughs* ooo big improvement (note sarcasm).
So I'll just round up to 28" (what's the difference anyway?).
The pain that I experianced the first night in my neck and shoulder area is now gone. Well - if I push my head and try to look behind my right shoulder it's slightly, very slightly, sore, that's all though.
I feel good today *8)
Belly Dancing is tonight. I think I'll feel up to it -
it'll allow me to stretch, then when I get back maybe I'll put the corset back on.
I feel like I can cinch down more today. Yesterday I felt I could - but only by a little more. Today it wouldn't bother me too much if you just yanked the laces - my boyfriend even commented on that. I think lowering the corset was a good idea. I'll try to stay at this pace though untill I get totally comfortable and stay that way all day.
My spine is trying to relax now that I've been up a bit.
I'm going to have an orange and then 20 minutes later maybe some oatmeal.
You're probably wondering why I'm timing this ... I've used this base diet for my corset.
It's basic and on "improper combinations".
You're not suppose to eat ANYTHING but fruit when you eat fruit,
you can only eat protiens with vegitables,
and carbs with carbs,
and I believe there's one point where you can mix a protien and a startch, but I forget what. I need to brush up on this.
Start off by eating fruit in the morning. As much as you can take. I was eating 3 - 4 a morning for a while - but am cutting back till I get use to this compressed digestion.
you wait 20 minutes after eating fruit, so it has time to pass through the body and get digested - then you can eat a carb or a protien.
If you eat a protien, you need to wait 4 hours before eating fruit, or a carb,
but veggies are okay.
If you eat a carb you wait 4 hours as well.
So ... to sum it up:
it takes your body 20 minutes to digest fruit,
and 40 minutes to digest everything else - and you're not suppose to drink while you eat. If you're interested in this - I say go look it up on the internet somewhere, I'm sure there's something I'm missing.
I'm just following this lightly.
Okay - so enough rambling out of me.
I ususally write short entries in my personal journal -
this one has a ton of long winded ones - I'd be surprised if anyone actually will read through them *laughs*
oh well - at least I'll have it for reference *8P
