Lakeview Terrace     HD480p 49MB   HD720p 123MB
Dramatic thriller in which a young couple (Patrick Wilson, Kerry Washington) has just moved into their California dream home when they become the target of their next-door neighbour, who disapproves of their interracial relationship. A stern, single father, this tightly wound LAPD officer (Samuel L. Jackson) has appointed himself the watchdog of the neighbourhood. Directed by Neil LaBute (Nurse Betty, Possession, The Wicker Man).
Interesting cast, not so sure about the story.

Batman: Gotham Knight     HD480p 31MB   HD720p 77MB    10min Feat 44MB
As was the case with the Matrix sequels in the form of Animatrix, the producers of the new Batman movies will release a direct-to-video compilation consisting of six animated short stories that will chronicle Batman's transition from novice crimefighter to Dark Knight.
Additionally, a 10-minute featurette that tells us more about the development process of the stories.

American Teen     HD480p 52MB   HD720p 133MB
I don't know how many of you will be interested in seeing this documentary since maybe you're a bit too familiar with its subject and the wounds are still fresh, but it looks kind of sweet and probably is more entertaining than analytical. The doc follows the lives of five teenagers - a jock, a popular girl, a heartthrob, an artsy girl and a geek - in one small town in Indiana through their senior year of high school. We see the insecurities, the cliques, the jealousies, the first loves and heartbreaks, and the struggle to make profound decisions about the future.

Space Chimps     HD480p 26MB   HD720p 64MB
First teaser for this animated comedy about NASA sending a crew of chimps into space to look for a lost $5 billion space probe. The crew consists of Ham III (Andy Samberg), grandson of the first chimpanzee in space, a free-spirited circus performer more interested in zero gravity high jinks than living up to his illustrious heritage, the fearless Lt. Luna (Cheryl Hines) and their uptight commander, Titan (Patrick Warburton). Jeff Daniels, Kristin Chenoweth, Stanley Tucci and Jane Lynch also will lend their voices.
I don't know. The gap between Pixar and the rest seems to get wider by the day.

Blindness     HD480p 31MB   HD720p 81MB
Hi-def quicktime version of the previously posted teaser for Fernando Meirelles' (The Constant Gardener, City of God) upcoming movie based on the novel by Nobel Prize winner Jose Saramago. It's a dramatic thriller about a doctor's wife (Julianne Moore) who becomes the only person with the ability to see in a town where everyone is struck with a mysterious case of sudden blindness. She feigns illness in order to take care of her husband (Mark Ruffalo) as her surrounding community breaks down into chaos and disorder. Gael García Bernal, Alice Braga, Sandra Oh and Danny Glover round up the cast.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall     Bell/Segel 53MB    Clip1   Clip2   Clip3   Clip4    11 Clips/Feats
Ten minute unscripted interview (plus four additional excerpts) between Kristen Bell and Jason Segel who star in the upcoming R-rated romantic (sort of) comedy in which a devastated guy (Segel) takes a Hawaii vacation in order to deal with recent break-up with his TV star girlfriend (Bell). Additionally, a link to almost a dozen clips and featurettes. Please decide for yourself if you want to watch them beforehand.
