Making things real
I know I am still waiting on a move date, but am taking steps to make things a bit more "real".
I have purchased a set of corelle dishes, my own cookbook (Amish homestyle cooking, figured I'd go for some basic, simple recipies, and a good bread section), and a countertop convection oven/toaster oven. Cooking for one will be easier in a small unit like that. Faster preheats and so on.
Looking around my current place, mentally making notes of what needs to be packed, or tagged for moving, and have a crew ready to rock and roll when the time comes.
Bri and Princess are visiting her sister for the weekend, so I have the place to myself and the cat. Think I will chill out, do some reading and so on.
Think I need a new userpic for my current situation...Hmmm
