One of my blessings...I have a great job.
I promised myself to share my joys and if any knows me they know I LOVE MY JOB. I’ve been putting everything I’ve got into my work, pushing myself even harder now that my health is back and tomorrow will be my 2nd year with ~Ad~. I'm taking my hubby out to celebrate on the company's dime! Whoo Hooo!
I've learned a lot about myself in the past two years...I‘m a pretty organized person if need be, actually more organized than most. I'm slower to get up set and quicker to let the little things go. I've taken my love of photography to work were it's helped me excel. I’m a self-started and I’m always looking for ways to improve my work and impress my clients. I work with all different types of personalities and I’ve worked very hard on my interpersonal skills… I know all my managers and very dept lead by name and with 6-10 stores a day that’s no small feat. I have the ability to make a plan and see it through to the end. I have a great eye for color and composition. I’m creative and crafty; I’ll always find a way to ‘get it done’. My follow-up skills have improved so much in the last year so much so I’ve started training others and ordering for the company. I love being the ‘go to girl’ and in this company it’s my goal to be that girl.
I once was afraid of the bar being set too high, " I hear your the best, can't wait to work with you"...it scared me but today I'm so very proud to be able to meet the high standards that not only others have set for me but I have set for myself. It’s time to shine!
I’m not to sure if many people get to hear praise at work but I sure do…
