My Orphans

Apr 05, 2009 01:17

I really enjoy my fish tank it's become the orphan/wayward tank. I take in the unwanted and disobedient fish.  Alfred was the start of my tank, actually he came with the tank a friend wanted to change out her tanks and Alfred was a 8yr old "gold" fish that came with the deal.  He is my old timer and the biggest fish in the tank.  He started out as a little goldfish and lost his gold a while back, sliver is fitting for him now.

My Whale
He is the Head Master, he cleans the tank like no ones business
and keeps the disobedident in line.

The beautiful Thai Buddha
I love the face, so sweet and relaxed
Kevin has an awesome picture of this on his phone you'd never know it was in a fish tank.

Blue Fancy Guppies
I have three, fish are difficult to capture on film
fast little guys.

Orange and Black Platies
One looks like she's going to have babies.

Swordtail
Neat fish, love the black underside (the sword) and the yellow top fin that's spotted.

Yup, goldfish
As 'dirty' as goldfish are these two don't leave a stone unturned.

Rummy-nose
They are a schooling fish.  Their rosy faces fade in the dark so every morning I get to watch their nose and cheeks blush in the morning sun.  Kyle and I like their checkered flag tails...zoom, zoom!

My lone Bubble Bee
He is very tiny, just the size of a large pebble but as cute as a button!

My tanks brings me joy and it helps me relax.
After D.o.G., fish will be my only strays I take in.

Got any fish?
