I just had my lower two wisdom teeth out on Tuesday.  Wisdom for today: If a dentist says something 'won't hurt' don't believe it!!!
All in all though it went smoothly.  The local was the worst part as my lip felt swollen for about five and a half hours.  After 24 hours on a liquid diet I'm restricted to soft foods until it's comfortable to chew.
