I am starting an Aquafit class next week, it runs for the summer. I used to do it all the time, and that was great for me...so I'm glad to be getting back into it too.

I'm also back on the WW wagon. Yay buddy! :)

It seems like such a big deal to get my gear and get over there, but once there, I ADORE Water Aerobics! I am really hoping that the positive experience I had on Saturday will spur me on to continue going regularly. It's so good for me!

I love my local freecycle group. I've been in it for a couple of years now. It's great - to know that all that stuff isn't going into the landfill. Good for you for joining up!!

i got really pissed off at the WW site as it was hard to use / load. A friend of mine had hers synch with her PIM and lost a ton of weight... now if I only had a PIM to synch it with!

freecycle is a great thing especially when something is about to end its life in a dump but still has potential use.

my current score on freecycle was solar panels from old busted light sets. I'm trying to build a solar rechargeable radio from an old radio and the recovered solar panels.
