Friday morning I got into a minor fight with this CATA bus driver. She wanted to see my student ID (has any bus driver asked to see my ID in the 3 years I have been here? NO!) even though it was 9am on a fri morning, I was getting picked up from a campus building/dropped off at a campus building, Do i LOOK 45?, I was wearing a backpack, I ended up paying non student fare. On the ride home the same bitch came. Even though I was paying the full $1, she asked to see my ID again (Im positive she recognized me, and did it out of spite). I called her a bitch, had to talk to the Supervisor, etc. Some people are very smart.
ANYWAYS, I decided to go home friday night so I could stop freaking out and get shit accomplished. My dad had to drive me back up here Sat before 4 so I could work. Work was slow, we were all completely goofing off and I got to go home at 5:30. After work me, Heidi and Jenny drank a bottle of Arbor Mist each, rocked out to Michael Jackson, went to a couple parties, ate funfetti cupcakes, made fun of stupid girls, got more sloppy, came home and woke up Sam's dad who was sleeping on our couch, snuck back out like 15 year olds, ran around at 4am making snow angels, (just a typical Sat night for us). Sunday I went desk shopping, except I bought a DVD player, some new DVDs and some other stuff but definitely no desk.
I was so excited when Don called me to go to the Something Corporate concert because tickets had been sold out. They have an amazing stage presence and the concert was soo good. They sang most of my favorite songs (Only Ashes, Fall, Hurricane, Konstantine, Punk Rock Princess, Me & The Moon, etc) plus Andrew is a very cute boy. The Academy Is... and Straylight Run opened up. Straylight run is pretty good. I was excited to find out that they are made up of John Nolan (FYI, the same guy that Brand New wrote Seventy Times Seven about)and Shaun who were formerly in Taking Back Sunday.
The only thing that almost ruined the concert for me was this stupid couple that was standing in front of us. They must've been about 16. The guy had his arms around the girl the entire concert and she was leaning back into him, yet she still felt that it was necessary to stand in front of the railing. She wasnt even paying attention and I couldve been leaning on the railing, plus, the bitch kept turning her head around and hitting me in the face with her nappy hair. It took so much restraint to not tap them on the shoulder to make a snide remark like "hey, you guys can make out way over there". I did however pretend that I was going to stomp on their feet/strangle them when they were turned around. I am so mature. Don told me that I have too much pent up aggression and that I need to get laid. Maybe he is right....if not about 1 then both.
