With completely automated controls, this machine makes making biodiesel EASY!!! All you do is add oil, catalyst, methanol and sulfuric acid, hit the big green button and WALK AWAY! No transferring of oil from one place to another. No adjusting levers and valves to make sure things are added just right. Nope. You don't even have to transfer the processed biodiesel to a wash tank. It does the washing right in the unit! It'll even draw the water it needs for washing right from a standing water source.

Items Needed To Get Started:

• 50 Gallons of new or used filtered vegetable oil or oil derived from animal fats (triglycerides)
• Oil transfer pump (for transferring oil into the machine--can also transfer from cartons)
• 400 micron or smaller filters to filter the oil with
• 10 Gallons of methanol (racing fuel) 99.9% pure
• Methanol compatible transfer pump
• 1520 grams (3.34 lbs) Lye (Sodium Hydroxide - NaOH - 98% Pure or higher)
  or 2350 grams (5.17 lbs) Caustic Potash (Potassium Hydroxide - KOH - 90% Pure or higher)
• 190 mL Sulfuric Acid (93% Purity or higher) - Not common battery acid
• 45-50 Gallons of fresh standing water
• (2) 55 gallon poly drums for clean water in & waste water out
  or just (1) 55 gallon poly drum if waste water tube is plumbed to a drain.
• Air tight storage containers for methanol, lye/caustic potash, and sulfuric acid
• Protective gloves, face mask, apron, and safety goggles (included)
• Transfer hoses, scales, and measuring cups (included)
• Standard 110-120 volt / 15 amp AC power source

As easy as using one of those kitchen bread makers. Add all the ingredients and push the button.
