Couldn't sleep
Everytime I fell asleep last night, I woke up with butterflies. I still cant believe how much fun I had yesterday. It was like the best day ever! We took 4 roadies out to lunch at In and Out. They are from New Zeland and they dont pay them! Benji took them up to his hotel room one night and gave them all his extra food. They said hes the coolest in the band. I'm still annoyed with myself that I didnt stop to talk to Joel. He was just standing there waiting for us to talk to him. But those girls were coming and I didnt want them to get mobbed. We were like "You better hurry". When they drove past us they waved and I think they appreciated that we didnt freak out. Everyone on the crew was so nice and let us hang out where no one us could. Then KROQ showed up and they were assholes. I'll never forget that day, hopefully I'll have as much fun this weekend. The pit at the venue will be really small, so hopefully it will be cool.
Benji did his little speech on suicide before "Hold On" and I thought it was so sweet. I thought they did really well and Joel sounded really good for being on tour for 9 weeks. Chris said they are going to Europe for 3 weeks, off for 3 weeks, then back to the UK for awhile before the Fall tour. I'm guessing that will be the only time Joel gets to spend with his fiance. It must suck to never see each other. Hopefully she doesn't get sick of it and dump him. I think Benji spends alot of time at Joels and his moms. Benj hasn't bought a home yet, so he probably splits his time between the 2. I cant get his perfect face out of my head. I hope he does find someone perfect for him. I cant believe Joels fiance is a "Riot Girl". I would see him with a mellow chick.
