The concert
I just got home from the concert! I didn't even see Joel and Benji look at each other once. But I did talk to Chris for a long time. Hes so unbelievably nice. We walked by the busses and Joel and Benji got off the bus and were going to work out with their personal trainer, we practically bumped into them. My sister goes "say hi to my friend Teal", Benji and Joel go "HI". She says "No, hi Teal" so Benji goes "HI Teal" and waves. My mouth was full of cookies so all I could do was cover my mouth and wave. Joel stopped walking and looked like he wanted to chat, but like dumbasses we kept walking. Plus some freaked out kids were sprinting towards us so we wanted them to get away.
Now for the bad news, Joel is engaged. Her name is Jeannie, shes half asian and a total punked out "riot girl". They live in San Jose together when hes not touring and she keeps Cashdogg. I cant believe Benji still lives on the East coast and Joel on the West. Billys gf was there, total punker chick and REALLY pretty. But I hear from the crew that shes kinda snotty. We hung out with the crew all day until the doors opened and they got us in first so we didnt have to wait in line. When I asked why Joel says hes single, I was told the P.R. guy makes them say that so they dont lose fans. They all said Benji is the only single one.
Benji might I add looked beautiful. He has the nicest skin and I swear he looks as thin as Joel in person. They both looked ghostly white, but Benj didnt look chubs at all. He looks way better in person than I ever imagined. We are going on Sat., and Sun. so if anything else happens I'll let you all know.
The Movielife, MxPx, GC,and NFG all rocked and it was a great show. NFG pulled a bunch of kids off the floor to stand on stage through the whole set. It was a great show by all bands!!!
