There is something very, very wrong with calling for patient benefits and hearing an electronic voice tell you that the insurance is not primary due to the patient being in end-term renal function.
There is just something very, very wrong with that.
I don't know which is more wrong, hearing a machine basically tell me that a patient is getting ready to die or the fact that the insurance company has a pre-recorded interactive voice response for such an event.
*sighs* Now I'm officially depressed.
