Robin Sighting
Well, I've made the appointment to have the lumpy thing checked out. *dread*
I had a terrible argument with a family member (over the phone) the other day. I felt so awful afterward that I painted this very literal illustration of a person in misery. I haven't shared it online because it's so self-pitying, but it really helped relieve my pressurized emotional state a bit. Producing such images can be therapeutic and I should do it more often.
Today I saw my first robin of the spring. I'd been hearing robins for more than a week -- I know their song -- but this one was the first I could actually see. I put some raisins out on the ground for them. The bugs aren't too plentiful yet, but I know that robins will eat fruit when worms and insects are scarce.
