Well, I think almost everything I wanted to plant in my container garden is planted. I have several big containers and most of them have hardware cloth around them to protect the sprouts from squirrels. It was a lot of work, and pretty time-consuming. I don't know why I do it really. The amount of produce that results isn't that much, although I do enjoy watching things grow.
I harvested the last of my lettuce crop a few days ago, and was disappointed by what I found. Even after washing each individual leaf by hand under running water, I kept seeing little green bugs on it. I ended up discarding it all since I refuse to knowingly eat bugs.
