I've never been in love. I've almost never been excited and optimistic about dating. I've never dated anyone I could imagine something long-term with. I've never been attracted to someone physically, emotionally, and also felt that indescribable chemistry I've always sought.
The thing is, I've felt chemistry and emotional connection with women. I've felt it with male friends. So I know it's out there. But I've never felt it with someone in the context of a "relationship", when you inject the concepts of sex, intimacy, and potential commitment.
I know I haven't met the right person yet. I'm just getting impatient.
