[After her somewhat unorthodox introduction to Luceti, Rogue doesn't need a map or directions to get to get around town. What she does need are some clothes that fit. She's got Vash's boots and belt wrapped around her waist twice to keep his pants on - the shirt is just as baggy, but you can't see it over the buttoned up coat of one Nicholas D.

[Xander's out in the snow, disheveled and impatient to find any signs of Willow's return. Except when he sees Rogue, he stops---and stares. Because is it just him, or did this girl look REALLY familiar?]

[Rogue is just exiting the clothing store, trying to decide where to go next. She rubs her gloved hands together and glances around to see... some guy staring at her.

There's something familiar about him too- something she easily chalks up to Vash's memories. She doesn't try to pull the psyche forward to find out more, since she'd rather the whole world not know about her powers just yet and she's not the best actor. There's no sense of danger, though, and she relaxes just enough to meet his stare.] Yeah? Can I help you with something?

[The tone: snarky. The accent: drawl.]

Yeah I need help with....stuff. [It IS her. It's ROGUE. Calm down, Harris.]

[so then this is decent action?]

Stuff, huh. [Why is he staring at her like that? He might not be dangerous, but he sure is weird. And why the hell did he say 'yes,' anyway. Shouldn't she be the one asking for help around here? Darnit, now she has to stick around.]

Do I look like a sign post to you? Unless it's help wiping that goofy look off your face, I don't know what you need me for.

[She pops the collar on her coat. Because she is badass like that. And also cold.]

[Kurt is rounding the corner on his way to town when he spots her, Rogue walking from one of the buildings. She hasn't seen him yet and for the moment, he ducks around a corner. Oh man... It all comes back to him at once. The trip to Egypt, finding Mystique in stone, finding out the Professor had given up on restoring her. And then Kurt had found a way to bring her back, his own mother. One chance that maybe he could help her find redemption.

And all it needed was Rogue's touch. But then she was shattered and that was the end of it. How was he supposed to face her after that?]

[He sighs. Of course he knows how to face her. Like an X-Man. So burying his feelings on the matter, he goes back around the building in her direction.]

[Rogue, on the other hand, is fresh on the high of their reconciliation. Kurt's family. In more ways than one. So it's without a trace of guilt and with utter relief that she cries out his name when she sees him.] Kurt!

[She hurries over.] Man, am I glad to see you. This place is crazy. Are you all right?

[It stirs something in him that she's so happy to see him. Anger, mostly. But he knows how this place works... more than likely, she's from before everything happened.]

Yeah, I'm fine. What about you? Did you just get here?

[Storm herself is out and about today, enjoying the snow. Eventually she'll be walking through the plaza, and it isn't too long before she catches a glimpse of familiar, two-tone hair.]

[Rogue's just leaving the bakery, due to a sudden craving for donuts after her conversation with Kurt. She recognizes it as a fragment, but... doesn't particularly care at this point.]

Ororo! [She offers the older woman a quick smile, genuinely glad to see her in this strange place if... still... finding it very easy to fall back into moodiness. What is she going to do?]

[Storm returns the smile in kind, glad that she recognized her but a little worried that she's been dragged into this, as well.]

Did you just arrive? How are you? [She's noting the lack of New Feather dress.]

I got here this morning. [Digging around for a donut now.] How long have you been here?
