Review of Lucky Seven

OMG two in one day??!?! ( I just reviewed Gantz 2). what a happy, happy day. Oh and by the way if anyone is out there reading this, 1) Thank you. 2) Thank you. 3) Let me know if there's anything I can improve on, I know my writing isn't great, but I'm working on it. 4) Let me know if I should review any dramas/movies. I have watched some and didn't get a chance to post, so if ou tell me, I might do it first.

Anyway, back to business. Lucky Seven.woo~Ok, this is the post recent one of Matsumoto's (from the time this was written). This is my first Matsujun drama after Hana Yori Dango. The best part for me was: 1) The theme song Arashi sang: Wild At Heart. 2) The cast. Rather than saying "oh he was in the spotlight," I would have to say that they all pulled their roles off well, especially Ozumi Yo. I haven't seen  him before (I don't think...) but he was hilarious!!! (So was his hair-do). It's a story about some detectives in a small agency that solve crimes. However, it doesn't stop there. The small cases build into something not seen on the surface and become a much more complicated manner. The way Matsumoto was introduced into this agency was quite a nice twist too. You don't see many Johnny's with that kind of personality, if you know what I mean ;)

If you have come here to hear about Matsumoto taking his shirt off, then yes, he did. It was nice. It's in the first episode. You can stop there if that is all you want to see, actually, just take a picture, it'll last longer. But overall, great casting and music. Matsumoto did a good job. However, this isn't a 10/10 because I did get bored at times and I wasn't as hooked. I could also guess some stuff.
By the way, Koyama (from NEWS) is in there too. That was a surprise.

His beauty is a 15/10 but the drama is...
6.75
EDIT: Watched the SP that came out the beginning of 2013, and I liked it much better than the drama. There were some fun scenes. Of course, the comedy in the drama and SP are equal in their wonderfulnes. The plot in the SP is simple (compared to other SP that try to complicate things). This is just a simply plot line with the characters-- mainly Eita, Matsumoto, and Oizumi excelling in their roles. Also, the choreography for the fights were amazingly done. At least to me, they look more realistic than things we have seen before. Therefore, if I have to rate this including the drama, it would be a 7.3. :) I don't know why it is a 7.3. A 7.5 is a bit high considering my original score so I'm weighing it down.

j-drama, matsumoto jun
