Well, I've really been (unintentionally) mistreating my fingers - first the abrasion from pulling out computer cables for over two hours, then the treatment of leaving them in the cold whilst putting up scratchy painful Christmas lights, and now I go and darn well burn them on the oven. I remembered this morning at just past 2am that I have a 10am lecture (and my last at that time for this semester) - and of course would require being up by 8.30. The turkey has landed, and its a beast of a turkey! That'll make the house smell really nice throughout the entirety of Christmas Eve and all Christmas Day and then.. the devouring can begin.
