Exhausted
I cannie wait until the end of Friday, but its still gonna be crap. This year has really worn away at me, and I'm definitely looking forward to sometime to wind down over the summer.Today was Sports Day for the lower key stages in our school, and although we had the choice to go and help, me, axeman2002, wormlover and Alex K decided to go to the cinema. I enjoyed going and having a good time with friends, but I hate (and hate with a passion) all the travelling required to get me to where I want to go - which is something that always gets me exhausted. We went to see the previews of Fantastic Four, which was okay, but y'know... not 'zactly great. It wasn't really a movie that I had to go out and see, but we saw it because we were out - if that makes any sense. So, after today's free day, tomorrow will be just half a day for everyone, even though that makes no difference to me since I have no lessons in the afternoon. But we'll finish at 12, skipping half of Computing (hurrah!), and endure one last assembly with Holden and Bowes, and then we'll say goodbye to... MR COLLISION! (boom, bang, explosions galore) and be on our way.
So, whats new in the world today? Well, of course, theres the horrible events in London, once again - just two weeks after the last tragedy. Fortunately though, it seems no one has been killed, and only a small number of injuries because either the terrorists couldn't get their explosives to work, or they were only detonators. There's still a lot of confusion around, and a lot of fear. And I can't even imagine the aftermath for our country, in terms of the ever increasing racial hatred we have. But even reading some of the comments on some Internet communities makes me feel sick.
On a lighter note, erm... no I don't have much else to say. I'm sure over the next few weeks with the increasing amount of time I have on my hands, I'll be updating totally.weblog a lot more again, since I don't have much else to do, really. Hope everyone's a-okay, I'm off!!
(PS.. Hmm, I'm reliably, and repeatedly informed my paid account is coming to an end - can anyone tell me, will I be able to restore all the extra user pics I have and the current theme if I can't make the payment before I'm cut off? I only have three days left...)
