991: Surfacing
Making Disc 4 of Lost Odyssey has been an achievement long in the wake of my primordial efforts of wanting to actually complete a long Japanese RPG. So many have I started! So many have I invested plentiful, bountiful hours into. So many have I enjoyed, née relished! So many items, spells have I amassed; NPCs conversed; quests completed. Yet I still have a depressingly low complete-rate for JRPGs. Disc 4, however, makes light remarks of that dream. Sure, I may still have 60-odd hours to go before I can even consider having 100% complete rate - especially in the collecting sense. But, for one small moment, I feel closer to that goal, that desideratum.
