Usually anything having to do with any sort of Christianity or anything close to that religion and it's beliefs is an immediate turn off for me. Not because I disagree with their religion or practices, I just did not have a good experience with it growing up.

That said, this fic was still amazingly wonderful to me. I loved when Kurt was praying in the chapel because while it did have a spiritual connection the main focus was on Kurt's inner turmoil and not him reconnecting with god. The fact that he wasn't even sure if he was praying to anyone, but that he was willing to try for his dad seems very selfless to me.

The fact that Kurt going to the chapel is almost a little absent minded is love. Just a conditioned reflex, occasionally when I'm stressed or worried, I'll find myself praying under my breath. It always surprises me when I do because I haven't been sure anyone is listening for years now, but I still find myself doing it. Sort of a little comfort from when I was a kid, that's how your Kurt came across to me :D

I swear if you had full out killed Burt I would have been brawling, I was having a hard enough time keeping the tears back when Puck came by and dropped off some food.

Loved the ending. Just loved it. and not just because Burt woke up

*hugs&kisses*

Someone is always listening. And He loves that you still pray. And He loves you. And that's all He wants you to do, love Him back.

Sorry if it sounds preachy, I just needed you to know that. Because I've been moved to tell you that HE LOVES YOU, ALWAYS.

I usually steer clear of it, but knowing what this weeks episode is about, I thought I'd give it a shot, ya know?

Yes, it was supposed to be less about religion itself and more about Kurt's struggle to reconnect himself with it, or even if he wanted too.

Pffft, I maybe heading to the most special layer of the most specialist hell, but I was not going to kill Burt!

Thank you baby, I'm so glad you liked it!
