So I've booked my first night of car camping at Point Mugu near Malibu. It's exactly what I want - camping on the beach perfectly on the way. My drive to Tucson the next day will be very long (8hrs with no traffic, 12hrs with bad traffic). I think i can handle it okay though. I'm comin' home!

Just got approved for time off around spring break. March 25th through April 7th. I intend to drive out in my new car, swing through Dallas for a few days to see my Grandmommy, and then come chill in Austin for a while. Rob will probably fly out mid-point and drive back with me.

Yay! I finally just have two cats. Three was fun, but it was too much of a circus. Jumper's rightful owner finally asked for him back yesterday, so when we were moving the cats over to Rob's (since I'm going to be out of town soon), we moved him up to Fremont. Dog peed on my clothes as a going away present. That's what I get for leaving them on the floor. Luckily it was only a few items, but still very annoying.
